Oral Communication Retreat B is part two in a two part series. Oral Communication
Retreat A was held in June of 1999.
Teachers
participate in a variety of workshops
and
fun learning activities to help build
and
reinforce their English skills. Japanese
Teachers were given an assignment that
was
to be carried out within the five month
break.
Their assignment was to create a Unit
Plan*
and give a 10-15 minute presentation
about
it during the Oral B Retreat. The workshops
listed here in Oral B were developed
to give
new teaching ideas to teachers and
stimulate
their creative use of English.
